All developers that are working on any project that uses the SautinSoft component need to have a license.

Our licenses are perpetual. After purchasing the license you may use the component as long as you wish, no annual fees.

What is the Subscription?

The initial product purchase also includes automatic Subscription to get all new major and minor releases during the one year.

The Subscription is necessary only to get all new major and minor product releases. If you don't need these updates, therefore you don't need the subscription, you may switch off it in your Personal and can continue use the product as long as you wish (your license will never expire).

If you will decide to use Subscription, after the one year you will be charged on 25% of the license price. Thus you will prolong the getting all new major and minor product releases for another next year. You can control and switch on/off this Subscription in your Personal.

Yes, all licenses have royalty free basis of using our components.

The "Individual Developer" license is acceptable only for the individual person. The individual developer License designed for independent developers (Not on company staff: freelancers, independent programmers, working for themselves, etc). If you are registered as a company, or you are the group of developers (up to ten), you need the "Small Company" license.

The "Individual Developer" license allows to deploy the component only at the 1 Website. See the complete license difference in the special table located under the prices.

The "Small Company" license is valid only up to 10 developers. The "Large Company" allows to work with the component the unlimited number of your developers. See the complete license difference in the special table located under the prices.

Whole ordering process works automatically. These are steps to purchase product:

The renewal price is:

• Before your updates plan has expired: 75% discount from the software license price.
• After your update plan has expired: 40% discount from the software license price.

We offer 20% discount for resellers, we are always opened to discuss it: sales@sautinsoft.com.

For educational and non-profit organizations we can offer up to 50% discount, it depends of license type.

The delivery process is completely automatic and works 24/7. At once after processing your order you will a registration email with:

• The License key which you'll specify in the static method SetLicense("XXXXX").
• The Order ID, you'll use it for future updates and getting technical support.
